Gera is always been there ready to help even if it’s outside our training sessions.

She is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and their behaviours. She understands and provides for the needs of both dog and it’s owner to grow their relationship/bond.

Gera is very methodical with the techniques she uses. She is always building on what we’ve learnt and helps me understand the reasons to some of my dog’s behaviours which makes the corrections easier to work on.

"Our dog, Marker, has been lucky enough to be a member of the pack at Monsieur Proust for over 4 years. He’s gone from a 1.5 yr old who had developed some bad habits to a obedient, happy, and calm 6 years old. Gera has been open and communicative regarding her approach to taking care of all the dogs she looks after, including her own. Frankly it feels like I’m bringing my dog to his favorite play spot when I drop him off with Monsieur Proust, and I know he is getting great companionship from the pack, and great care and guidance from Gera. We have also used Monsieur Proust for overnight boarding when we left town for two weeks, and we were delighted to see pics of our pup off on his own mini-vacation as well! The day trips to wooded areas are a real plus to the care that the dogs get, and my wife and I have discussed our jealousy that our pup is running down a trail (we get videos during the day) while we’re back in the city at work."

"I was in Montreal on business for 5 months and used Monsieur Proust for day care as well as occasional boarding for my 2 dogs. Gera was amazing with my dogs and they adored her (they would go into a frenzy of wagging tails and giving her kisses whenever they saw her!). Beside being a remarkable caregiver to my dogs, Gera was also punctual; flexible when I needed to change my times at the last minute, and kept me updated with their care by sending me texts with pictures and videos. The other dogs in the pack are all well behaved and that is a testament to Gera's skills with them. I never had a worried when leaving my dogs with Gera - I could just tell by happy they were that they were being well taken care of. Would highly, highly recommend using Monsieur Proust!"

"Boston started meeting up with Monsieur Proust and his pack twice a week for the purpose of separation. Unfortunately, being with his Mumma 24/7, has resulted in his intense unhappiness when left with other people. Regardless of who he was left with he would sulk by the door and refuse to play with the other dogs until his Mumma returned. I seriously can't speak highly enough of Gera, she is beyond fabulous. She actually managed to convince the extremely unwilling Boston to go for a walk with her to meet the pack. Over the sessions has not only invested time in helping him feel more comfortable, she has also been encouraging him to rest away from the door and play with the other puppies. Not only has Gera witnessed a massive improvement in a few short weeks, it is noticeable that he is now less reluctant to go with her, the sulking at the door has started to subside and he is now voluntarily interacting with the other dogs. The groomer confirmed for me the amazing efforts of Gera, instead of spending the afternoon in the corner doing his usual sulking, he actually ran around playing with the other dogs.

"Monsieur Proust is clearly my best buddy. we are so much alike, probably because we are twin brothers of a litter of 11. I am General Lafayette and being with Proust is like a one day vacation where i can act like a true dog, do dog stuff, regain some confidence, as my MIRA 5 month training took a toll on me. I was lucky to have spent, one day a month with monsieur, when I was a terrible teenager. I truly don't know how Gera managed both of us as we were pretty crazy pups. Now as we walk side by side we look like pretty handsome boys. Thanks for being there on those crazy full day meetings to which I was can no longer attend, I spend lovely active days with the pack."
